Century Village HOA & Low-Maintenance Living
What Does the Century Village Association Cover?
It’s one of the questions buyers ask us most often — and it’s an important one.
Century Village was designed to provide the benefits of home ownership while reducing many of the exterior maintenance responsibilities homeowners would normally need to manage themselves.
Current association fee: approximately $200 per month.
Association Services Include
🌱 Lawn Care
Routine lawn care is handled through the association, so you don’t have to spend your weekends mowing.
❄️ Snow Removal
Minnesota winters happen.
Snow removal is one less exterior task Century Village homeowners need to coordinate themselves.
🌿 Grounds Maintenance
Maintenance of applicable common and exterior grounds is handled through the association.
🏡 Building Exterior Maintenance
The association is responsible for covered building-exterior maintenance as defined by the governing documents.
🗑️ Sanitation / Garbage Service
Sanitation service is also included in the association services.

What Does “Low-Maintenance” Mean?
We intentionally describe Century Village as low-maintenance living rather than completely maintenance-free living.
You still own your home and remain responsible for the areas and systems assigned to the homeowner under the association documents.
The difference is that many recurring exterior responsibilities are coordinated through the association instead of falling entirely on you.
That can mean:
✓ Less time mowing
✓ Less time dealing with snow
✓ Less exterior upkeep to coordinate
✓ Fewer routine outdoor tasks competing for your weekends
